I think that there is a very nice parallel between the developers coding in emacs/vim and the ones coding in modern IDE and the developers coding in modern IDE and the once using coding agents. The performance boost is incredible.

Do you want to know how does every day of the coding agent look like? Christoper Nolan already made a brilliant movie on the topic called Memento back in 2000. Claude is called Leonard there and it is played by Guy Pearce.

The owner of the place my kids go to for martial arts, built an app using #AI #VibeCoding. He had no clue what he was doing.

I was able to extract all parents and children data, including children photos.

This is the proof that Software Engineer demand will go up, not down.

Bezohlednost a její kolektivní tolerance.

Indeed, @anthropic.com Claude Code is here to move forward topics that were never able to cross the barrier of pre-product committees 👍 At the moment, we're trying to use it to reduce the tech debt and improve the documentation instead of generating a random feature code that no-one will understand.
Where people are missing the point is that there just wasn't enough software developers for the demand the world needed to continue modernizing processes and systems.

AI is here not to remove developers, but to allow them to do more and faster.
