Tonight I had my last session with my therapist after 5 transformational years of working together. It’s bittersweet to close this chapter and to reflect on the growth is truly mind blowing. I’m beyond the person I thought I’d be and I couldn’t be more grateful to have the help I had to get there.

Triggers don't exist to punish us, although it can absolutely feel that way sometimes. Triggers point to our wounds & tell us where gentleness & care is needed inside. I know, the experience sucks. We don't have to love it. But we do have to understand what triggers are & aren't.
