Instead of taking the bus home this morning, I hiked across Mount Tabor to feel my body and see big trees. Some of the moments that felt beautiful or notable were photographed to make the feeling easier to remember later.

Disappeared here for a month bc my life blew up. Partner of 12 yrs announced the end of our relationship without warning and since then I've been in full traumabrain incl extreme OCD, pain flare, and memory problems. The ESA are definitely earning their kibble these days. #mentalhealth #ocdrecovery

Do not forget that Niemöller started his political journey as a Nazi sympathizer and antisemite. It wasn't until his rights were attacked that he began to realize he had been on the wrong side of history all along. We can't afford to live with the same regrets again.

For some reason Berkeley Bowl was selling morel pins almost that small. The entire two crates were this size. Really disappointed in whoever foraged at least 50lbs of these and didn't have the patience to come back in a day or two.

I'm really enjoying the wildflowers everywhere while im in CA for a memorial this week. I definitely miss the big fields of poppies that we just don't see like this in NW Oregon.
