Not a good day. Slept in way too long and accomplished little outside of basic activities of daily living. Depression sucks in so many ways.

I also have treatment resistant MDD and just had insurance approve me starting ketamine. Hoping to have my first appointment in the next week. I'm anxious about starting, but I've tried so much else that hasn't worked. It's time to try ketamine. Glad to hear it has worked for you.
