it's not illegal to like these games but game sales where released and people were like "why are all the best games the least selling" I wonder why the same game again wouldn't sell as much hmm

much happier with dlc because I feel like I can actually play the new stuff

it's not about the 2 versions to start, it's about the 3rd version down the line like crystal or emerald

kirby also loves its fan service, the references, the call backs, the bringing back a random enemy from 20 years ago. the creators include sakurai and iwata the most insane devs ever, and it's just so awesome to see sakurai return to the series and give it all his love 🥰

seriously, you never go too long without a kirby game, there's great spin offs, even when a 'mid' kirby game comes out it's still a well polished and fun game it just doesn't tread much new waters. there's so much kirby merch, so many great kirby artists, so many peak designs in the series.
