it's crazy to me how much defense there are for the improved version of old pokemon games like it's not the most annoying dumb anti consumer thing that you either have to buy a game twice or wait to play it for the 'best' version of it

I think a big part of empathy or just understanding someone's positions/thoughts whatever is just an exercise in gifting benefit of the doubt

Bro I've seen so many people cry about view counts when it's don't look at your view count October. People literally adding extensions that just count people in chat to say a differing view count. Like yeah let's count bots that sit in every channel.

games these days have lost all respect for unlockable characters. the most fun part of melee as a kid was unlocking characters when you didn't know who they would be. now in games like mario kart there's just unlockable characters on the game art in the switch menu
