Historian, sometimes archivist, animal-lover, Trans ally, annoyingly progressive and unapologetic. Firm believer in socialized healthcare (Medicare for All) and principles of MMT. Would happily eat the rich if it helped make a better world for all.
Record of baptism, probably. How that functions as a legal record is beyond me.

Has the ruling been released?

Didn't accuse them for long - once Lombardo got involved.
This Fortune article is damning (using archived link):

James Monroe, pointing to his speech: "The idea was to protect the Western hemisphere from empire and oppression, not perpetrate it."

I despise these vicious goons. Every day. Every waking hour.

I still haven't forgiven certain people (ehem) for locking out the public option.
That would have been a REAL first step to universal healthcare . . . but oh, no. We can't hurt the insurance companies.
Merde.

Same. ☹️

Exactly. Art of the deal, for sure.

The ACA was presented as a "step toward" universal healthcare - remember that? That was BS, of course - but it did have protections. But it has been consistently undermined almost from the day it started with no real oversight.
Hardly fit for purpose but better than the nothing the GOP wants.

As long as the Dems continue to hide their reasoning behind some version of the exasperated parent "because we said so" non-response, they're going to look like Quislings - or just grasping to save their donor dollars. Neither is a good look.

Except for the "negotiate your own" bit. Economy of scale says that's not going to work out well for the individuals trying to be "entrepreneurs".

The NV contingent probably cackled in glee. :(

I think Cortez-Masto has my messages on instant 'round file' - I no longer receive even a cursory auto-reply to any comment anymore. Probably better; those replies just raise my blood pressure.

Loving your energy today, Dr. Kruse.

I am only surprised that Cortez-Masto isn't on that list along with Rosen - but I guess they're doing their standard 'you vote yes and I'll vote no. Next time we switch' routine.
They're both worthless.

It inspired me to find a visual representation of that much money. THEN it inspired pure seething rage.
Then it inspired some very creative thinking about how all that money could be used to squash that nasty, drug-addled monstrosity with plenty left over to squash the rest of his ilk.

This isn't a great time to be playing by the book (I assume this has something to do with that).

Talk about dangling a carrot in front of the voters . . .

A lot of young people support Mamdani, but not so many old people?
Is it possible that if reporters' interviewed more older people they might discover that they are also lifelong liberals? NYC has been a Dem stronghold for >100 years - where does he thing they came from?
Good for you, Glory!

There is a special place in the hell he believes in - they're holding it open just for that over-sized oddly-articulated (Ken doll?) vicious freak.
I do think we should be allowed to get our licks in before he transfers to his eternal life, though.

Good grief. Cut coverage because of word choice?
Fine.
Call it "Manly Chest Cancer" and reinstate coverage.

As if the injury he is causing to the nation isn't enough, we have to deal with the daily insult as well.
