Short, rumpled Scotsman. Has a terrible pain in all the diodes down his left hand side.
Not on social media as much as he used to be but if he is, it will be occasional writing and a lot of stupid bollocks.

We do as well and my wife, who deals with the financials directly, is somewhat narked by it all. She had it all budgeted for and they keep threatening to crap all over that.
I get needing to take over from fuel duty, but this does not sound like a coherent way to do that.

Very true. And each tax rise will contradict something else they claim they want and will only make things more complex and easy for the big boys to find loopholes.

I get that fuel duty will go down and EVs need taxed in some way to make up for it. But this feels half-baked.
Also I do understand Sha's issue that we've budgeted for car costs over time and the government keeps putting them up.

That's quoting Beowulf. Being literary, innit.

b) I like that your default attitude to anyone on the internet is to beat them with a haddock, it just increases if they're a nob.

Considering I'm on the southern border of Glasgow and here it's only 91m then yeah, not much of the Weege left.
I'm sure Barrhead will make a lovely coastal spot.
