Pulled pork sandwiches, char siu, fried mini corndogs, cheeses, meats, various salads, flatbread, candy, cookies, red licorice, etc. I pile up many plates of goodies. I take pictures with my friends and my sister, who got a last minute ticket. I foxtrot with a few ladies. I have learned that these boots are too slick to walk on ice, but they work fine on a dance floor.

I swore after last year, that I would stop dressing to theme, but this year the theme is circus, and I have all the parts of a ringmaster’s suit. Drove home, unloaded the truck, making sure to leave all the boxes directly in the way. (If I don’t, I will forget they exist.) I put the laundry in the washer and charge my phone.
