yeas there really are no good data sets on this, it limited out ability to evaluate programs to the degree we wish we could. Getting the Zonda data was a miracle of itself

yep we thought the warranty program would solve the issue but its only a piece of the puzzle. British Colombia has the best overall system right now. Created by the first elected DSA-like government too!

Those should be good, for now. I fear that the plaintiffs will need more cases soon since condos are pretty much phased out and will enter that market eventually. For now, they have been expanding in other states (Hawaii) with the help of private equity investment.

And I used NJ as a comparison for the construction defect paper -- I thought the warranty program would work but it hasn't been perfected in the states yet.

Nevada messed up at first and thats why most states are scared to pursue their construction defect changes. It led to a pause in development. The recent reforms are too soon to tell.

Also I was meeting with a Nevada developer looking for a GC that could build townhomes - rare product out there
