Last night I watched Anatomy of a Murde and was drawn in by Joseph Welch, who once was an attorney. He was famous for skewering Joseph McCarthy: “Until this moment, Senator, I think I never really gauged your cruelty or your recklessness…You have done enough. Have you no sense of decency?"

Habitat built my neighbors’ houses. Habitat is based in Sumter County, GA, land of my ancestors, and my parents watched it get born. This is just pure evil.

Any recommendations for online shops for home health/personal care products? I’m in a rural area, so Walmart and Amazon have been my few sources for bulk shopping, but they’re not getting my money if I can help it. Have you found a company you like? I need to stock up for my mom.

I feel like we’re losing battles because of focusing on purity tests. There are so many ways we in the U.S. must improve, but right now, accusing each other of not being liberal enough, of spending our few pennies on the wrong groceries, and similar is distracting from fighting the actual war.
