Am I just too literal or what? I was like, ok, holders for the dry erase markers, sure. Seems a bit unnecessary but ok. Turns out (I think) that all rooms have markers now.

This seems like the weekend of book festivals! So many people posting they went to one today. I'm willing to drive up to about 10-12 hours; where should I go next? I'm in the Chicago suburbs.

For the second year in a row, Plum Creek Literacy Festival was amazing. I met so many cool authors and illustrators, I got writing inspiration, and I got to support my friend, Dylan.

I love books so much. And authors. I'm sitting on my bed with my latest book haul, and I'm just so happy.
