Yes. Yes, I do. Leggings are not pants (trousers).

Tbf I see this less and less and the kids all wear them appropriately as Lululemon (still never been in one of their stores) intended.

I forgot articles I have read!

1. If you'd like to read an all-time banger, Sharon Begley prewrote an obit, before her own death for James Watson, co-discoverer of the DNA helix. You will bookmark this.
A Sharon Begley byline, almost 5 years after her death.

Upon hearing the news James Watson had died, a STAT reporter said in our Slack, "I wish I could read what Sharon would have written."

Incredible news: Sharon in fact did pre-write a Watson obit. And it is masterful and excoriating.

I have looked at some fashion.

1. To be fair I look at clothes every day. Online, across websites. I love fashion design. I am for me this is a couple of months old but the best thing I've seen in ages. So much so I've been trying to figure out how to recreate it. McQueen, *kisses*

Be good, kids. Fight the fight. Don’t get lulled into status quo conformity, ever. Read books, for the love of all that’s holy, READ. Free Palestine, and Sudan and free those marginalized in our own communities. ✊🏼 🩷🩷

Lastly, I saw Frankenstein last night and why this isn’t wide in theatres is above my pay grade but this is a wonderful book adaptation. Mr. @realgdt.bsky.social is a romantic and no one else as adept as he is making movies that get to the heart. Faithful, lush, and human. See it as soon as you can.

I am so tired of hearing about weight loss jabs or that I should do something about my jowls or biohacking. I am old. I get it. Leave me alone. I’m never going to take up hot yoga or RUN.

I am still enjoying being into baseball. I don’t get it. It makes no sense to me and has a lot of math in it which I really don’t get. Anyway, getting into a new sport has been very good for me. Recommend. Go, Jays.

Hallo! I am spending less time here bc I like to read my books and colour pics and not feel brain dead by news every day.

Anyway, am going to wrap up here in a few quick posts.

Let’s start with Canada being very cool and weirdly eccentric. The US imo right now can fuck all the way off.
October 26, 2025 at 8:41 PM
