The education field is also experiencing this as anybody who can retire is racing to retire as Trump and Linda gut education and states raid pension funds. There are no college kids replacing these retiring educators. The experience dump in education should be reported on more.

My guy here cannot imagine a world where all housing isn’t owned and controlled by LLCs beholden to investors. How did we pay for new units in the past? The developer builds then sells units. Done. These entrepreneurs want passive income in perpetuity. Just build and sell asshole.
