I can’t talk as openly as I would like on Insta/Threads without potentially starting a personal war. But here, I can. So, follow along if you like.
I have dx’d c-PTSD & GAD. The PTSD came from a variety of things, including but not limited to a mother who worshipped the purity culture (1/?)
