Seems to me that due process is rationally ordered to the public good by keeping would-be dictators from saying, "I find that Adrian Vermeule is a terrorist, and have shipped him to Guantanamo, not subject to judicial review."

When an HVAC installation goes seriously wrong.
House belongs to a friend I was visiting when the house caught fire when the installers turned on the new system to test it. No injuries (from the fire, at least). House will be uninhabitable for 3-6 months.
