Republicans are just flat out lying at this point. Biden's tariffs were targeted on certain products to protect specific industries. Trump's new, high tariffs are blanket tariffs and yes, they are already affecting prices at places like Target and Best Buy.

Seems with placing residential rentals, you really have to commit to it. If you change your mind and convert it to something else you’ll run into bugs. Better to roll back to a previous save from before you placed the residential rental if you’ve saved and want to change it to another lot 😬
