@juliemason10.bsky.social Hi, Civil Disturbance (or a successor term) is a doctrine term for an Army Military Police mission. I worked 6yrs 2002-2008 for the MPSchool and we developed doctrine for the mission, which went along with Continuance Of Government. CD was never expected to be utilized...
