I don't read many edu books these days, but this is fabulous. Required reading for anyone who wasn't around when the changes happened and maybe for those who were, but have forgotten the dark times.

My core job is teaching English but my TLR impacts every area of our school. I'm proud of the work in those areas and been lucky to lead a fabulous team.
EAL improvement:
Sept: 8% of school as Band A, new to English
May: (inc 3 pupils that arrived in MARCH): 0.66% Band À

Very transparently audited international charity. The accounts are done by Deloitte, it's in series of smaller fundraisers, you get sent a receipt, and then once the fundraiser closes and the equipment is bought there's an audit report published on the website. Also, shirt raffle!
