Yes. While there are absolutely things Democrats can and must do to slow, obstruct, etc, GOP hold both House and Senate majorities, severely limiting our options.

Withholding foreign aid was what Trump was impeached for! The laws have not changed. But he wasn’t convicted so now he is doing it on a much greater scale!
The executive branch does not have the legal right to cancel appropriated spending or eliminate agencies created by Congress.
Trump and Musk are doing both. Entirely lawless and unconstitutional.
