This is essential Program Review, which was undertaken government-wide by Chretien & Martin back in the mid '90s. It continues to this day in some form. The key is in the application, which one would assume would be different for a Poilievre gov't (shudder) than Carney.

In 20 yrs, I've never witnessed Pierre Poilievre answering a question. I asked him one at a candidate meet-up 20 years ago, and he just talked about something completely different and ignored the issue I raised.
He's still a 16 yr old debater, and as time goes by, it gets harder for him to answer.

The largely American & foreign-owned oil companies in Calgary grabbed hold of the narrative and never let go. The truth never had a chance in AB. Their narrative has nurtured victimhood and anger for generations -- and all based on distortions and lies.
