So a cis man found liable for sexual assault gets to decide he is the “protector” of women. I’ll be the judge of which people I need to protect myself from, thank you very much, and it is most certainly NOT my trans friends and neighbors.

They’re already coming for Obergefell. To my LGBTQIA+ community, please get your protective legal documents in place (will/trust, power of attorney, advance health care directive). You may not even need an attorney to get these done. A paralegal or legal aid clinic could help you.

They’re already coming for Obergefell. To my LGBTQIA+ community, please get your protective legal documents in place (will/trust, power of attorney, advance health care directive). You may not even need an attorney to get these done. A paralegal or legal aid clinic could help you.
