Stick to positive reinforcement and just talk to him all the time. I got Crowbar and Iska to look me in the eye, and they understand so much.

Every year her teachers changed and her support people changed multiple times every year. In high school, she had the same teacher and support worker the whole time.
I don't think you should HAVE to send your kid to a Learning Assisted Life Skills class, but it should be a choice for us.

I had to argue continuously in elementary school that she not get homework, that I didn't want them to list everything she did wrong every day in front of her, and that no, hitting her support person was not a sign of trust.
