Yeah, an exuberant Nazi. Autism, being drunk, Ambien, etc, do not make you say or do racist things. They might lower ability to hide racism a bit. Autistic adults who aren't cognitively impaired know what a Nazi salute looks like, suggesting otherwise is infantilising and ignorant.

Can't read the article bc paywall, but no way. DL operated on another plane and wasn't big on politics, but hadn't voted conservative since Reagan, and saw Trump for the threat he was. Watched The Art Life yesterday, he expressed disdain for racists twice in it.
