Did y'all know that sodium citrate makes cheese sauce smooth without a roux?! 🤓 Not the most photogenic meal, but made this yesterday and it was amazing: Wagyu beef, sourdough pasta, and we splurged on xtra sharp cheddar, aged gouda, brie & gruyere. 🍜 #foodsky #foodie #food #macncheese #foodiesky

Finally starting to feel somewhat human again, had to go to the doctor for a routine test on Friday. Since I hadn't been out of the house in so long, and had worn makeup maybe twice in the last month, took the opportunity to be much more extra than called for. 🤭💕

Well, we finally have COVID. 😔 Husband tested + Sunday, me on Tuesday. He's getting better now, I'm still pretty sick. I know some people say this every new year, but I don't - this year has been rough for many reasons, good riddance! Made some downright magical chicken soup from scratch tho. ☺️
