My heart is so, so heavy.

This afternoon, my gorgeous Noodle went to sleep for the final time and crossed the rainbow bridge.

The five years we had together since rescuing each other, were everything I could have dreamed of, and more.

Rest gently baby. I’ll see you again.

But I finally got to see that delicious “outcome 6” and have CCT’d in general practice!

(I’m not entirely convinced Noodle is super happy about being able to see more either… the world was much simpler behind her fringe!)

Working at Toys R Us over Christmas was one of the toughest jobs I’ve ever had… and I say that having also been a brain surgeon & now a GP 😂

Parents would absolutely lose it in there!
We had to break up fights!
They would blame us for ruining their kid’s christmases!

I can’t tolerate earbuds with rubber ear tips (as in pic) - it’s so frustrating. The rubber ear tips in my ears just make me feel so disorientated & nauseous. Anyone else?

I can’t figure out why; I wondered if it’s the rubber tips taking out the background noise & completely blocking the ear? 1/2

The glühwein is heating up and the tree has been decorated!

Each year I’m always surprised by the completely random assortment of baubles I possess😂 I’ll share some tomorrow

My Christmas decorating style is very much there-should-be-as-many-colours-as-possible-and-absolutely-nothing-should-match

Out of interest, how do you use your Nintendo Switch?

I pretty much solely use handheld mode so I can have my TV on in the background, but it makes my hands ache (I’m obviously not a serious gamer as haven’t built those little hand muscles up ha).

And does anyone actually use tabletop mode?
A picture showing the four different ways you can play a Nintendo switch. TV mode where the console is docked and displays on the television whilst you use the controllers separately. Tabletop mode where the small tablet screen is placed on a table with the controllers removed and used separately. Handheld mode where the controllers remain attached to the tablet screen and is used as a single device.
