My heart is so, so heavy.
This afternoon, my gorgeous Noodle went to sleep for the final time and crossed the rainbow bridge.
The five years we had together since rescuing each other, were everything I could have dreamed of, and more.
Rest gently baby. I’ll see you again.

I did a teaching session for fellow GP registrars on some neuro topics applicable to primary care
I’ve just received the feedback which was overall very positive
However there was one particularly *helpful* comment requesting that I “smile more”

We had scenario to develop a consultant-led specialty clinic in a GP surgery to learn about change models and stakeholder engagement etc. But that is not what I learnt. 1/

Just made a piña colada recipe with hefty amounts of rum… initially questioned the quantities, but thought nah I’ll trust the process.
Drank it all.

I’ve had quite a few compliments about my skin recently, all asking what I’ve done differently or what products I’m using…
The simple and truthful answer is just that I’m no longer anaemic and my Hb is back within normal limits 😂
