I have had several US colleagues contact me to find out how the job market works over here... the exodus from the US is about to begin. This kind of self-harm can take a generation to heal.

Destroying science, medical research, and universities is already well underway. We have heard from four different scientists in the last few days that they are actively calling colleagues abroad, asking about jobs.

Excellent, Sarah! We (academia) have been concerned that our Gen Z undergrads can get all their right wing media for free, but won't pay for legit media. Thanks for clarifying!
