As a Texan, I think it IS time to politicize it.
This was preventable. If Kerr County had the sirens that other counties did, then those camp areas would have evacuated.
Just this past legislative session the Republicans failed to pass such a bill, again.

As a Texan, I think it IS time to politicize it.
