It wooould be cool if all egg-layers hatched from egg blocks. Chickens hatching from placeable eggs instead of the standard breeding system and thrown eggs would be nice

I am begging for colored and dynamic lighting to be a thing for both Vanilla and VV graphics. Vanilla deserves these upgrades just as much as VV does, and it would let both not have a lighting advantage over the other.
