The latest update of App Reviews introduces search functionality, allowing you to filter and explore reviews more efficiently.

For example: Want to see what users are saying about Spotify’s Premium subscription? Just search and instantly view all relevant feedback.

As it turns out you can pretty easily create a Net Promoter Score from App Reviews. Take Spotify as Example.

But I’m not entirely sure how accurate it is given that this will only consider written reviews and not ratings without text.
