I didn't ask to be born like this. I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't take any drugs not prescribed by a doctor. I don't have children, I'm medically unable to drive so I don't run a car.

I do what work I can.

But I still feel stressed every time I hear my thermostat come on.

So I, & millions of others, are trapped. Never well enough to earn enough to live independently, & forced to rely on a begrudging government that keeps threatening to pull the rug out from under us.
