Prairie Warblers are among my very favorite birds. They show up mid-April in my Appalachia Ohio and their ethereal song always makes my heart skip a beat and take flight as they flit like little drops of sunlight through the canvas of spring green and redbud pink. #hopeisthethingwithfeathers

From a great turnout for an anti-Project 2025 protest in Athens to this incredible show by Yagody from Ukraine, today was full of resistance, hope, music and community … and we all needed all of it. 🇺🇦✌️🎶💪

I don't know how much impact this one-day corporate boycott will actually have, BUT, I do believe that choosing to spend my $ today and everyday with smaller, locally-owned business will have an impact!
