For some reason last year I decided to watch every Katie Holmes film in order. After 24 I took a break and now I’ve started again. Tonight was number 25 - The Woman In Gold (2015, dir Simon Curtis), which was excellent.

A few of them are still whole, standing castles that you can go inside and do tours of, although most of them are ruins. Dunnotar is probably the most scenic.

I never understand why people read stories like this, I know we like to know what’s going okln behind the scenes but don’t people like being surprised any more? Would you read the ending of a movie before you went to see it?
