An experienced mentor here to support ECTS, NQTs and trainees as they navigate their early teaching career.
One of the things I have always found really powerful is to provide the ECTs with a copy of our T&L policy and the behaviour policy then given them free reign in the school to go and observe and drop in on classrooms so they can see what it looks like in practice.
