Well, the silver lining is that if everything goes as planned at the RFK stadium site, Northwest stadium and parking acreage can be redeveloped to bring more badly-needed housing units to the region, inside the Beltway and close to 2 Metro stations.

Didn’t try the cider donuts, but I can confirm the Guernsey cow ice cream is very good. It’s a nice spot with fields of flowers and a pleasant atmosphere.
