in different ways, there are differences in brain chemicals etc. That’s what distinguishes them from neurotypical people, although obviously there are still differences in the ways people think and act within each group.

Yes that’s correct, neurodiversity can’t be applied to an individual because by definition it describes a group. Maybe I was clumsy in describing it as relating to ways of thinking. I think saying the way the brain works would be more accurate, so neurodivergent brains actually process information

Within the population, some people are neurotypical and some people are neurodivergent. Neurodivergent encompasses a range of different diagnoses that mean a person thinks differently - autism, ADHD, Tourette’s, dyslexia etc. Does that help?

I’m sorry, I don’t understand the question. I’m not sure what the meaning of each word has to do with how the decision is made.
Neurodiversity is an abstract noun to describe the concept that within the whole population, there are a range of different ways people’s brains work.

Neurotypical people.

Yes that’s right, the whole population is diverse, someone who diverges from the majority (so is not neurotypical) is neurodivergent.

Can I just make a point for information re:language - neurodiverse refers to a group of people whose brains work in different ways, rather than any particular individual or a group with shared characteristics. Neurodivergent is the word for an individual or group who are not neurotypical.

Time to say goodbye is the best choice - this was the assembly music the week I left a school I loved and I cried on the way in every day!

There are likely to be reduced ones available in the next few days. My local corner shop usually has lots left.

I distinctly remember my history teacher telling us this story. She was very good at finding all the gruesome details to intrigue us with.

That looks amazing!

I don’t think so but @mrboothy6.bsky.social is so maybe he can help?

In the past I’ve browsed Rightmove for houses that were similar to mine and used the photos on there to work out what I liked and might look good. Not necessarily in my area and I’d start with the most expensive as the most likely to have nice decor!
