I understand that the Governor can't just come out and encourage acts of uncivil disobedience or lawless resistance. Then what, exactly, does he have in mind? Instruction manuals would be helpful. Otherwise I could see a lot of very creative acts of improvisational protest.

The midterms are 15 months away; we might not have a country left by then. If we're standing up and fighting back, if we're not just holding hands and thinking nice thoughts, what exactly is he asking us to do? What does that mean on the ground when the National Guard is massing on our streets?
