For anyone interested, here is the sweet little dear at the vet. Unlike her brother, she was a very good girl. You know she wasn't happy, though, because that's a Greenie in there with her & she was not eating it.

Because the world is shit, behold, one of the few good things in it: my female feline, the sweetest, snuggliest, stupidest lil' furball I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. She's about dumb as a bag of hair but she does her best. I can barely sleep anymore without her curled up against me.

He'll apparently eat gabapentin pills in Greenies pill pockets & is now wandering around doped up in his new drip. If he weren't so pathetic right now I'd laugh at the ridiculousness of the sight.

We do too. They've already sedated him & just took him back for X-rays. He is all sorts of not happy. Here's him earlier today, quite content on the sofa.

Drat. The male feline is exhibiting signs of a UTI. Even worse, he's an absolute demon at the vet's office. Here's hoping he's better soon - and without too much out of our already anemic bank account.
