Being bilingual has been shown to improve children's ability to learn. We should be celebrating that almost a third of children in Glasgow are so skilled.

Edited that poorly- clinical supervision was NOT routinely available to non doctor/nurse staff even in palliative care practice.
Need to recognise that all patient facing staff need access to support

I think what they refer to as " reflective practice " is what I have known as clinical supervision, this was psychologist access to "download" any stressors and process distress. This routinely to any non medical/nursing patient facing colleagues even in a palliative care setting.

To be honest he's least appropriate candidate to be US President, never mind a peacemaker with questionable neutrality
