One of my favorite things to do in Philly, Baltimore, Chicago, or any larger city is to find the commissioned murals but also the underground ones (prob my fav). Expressive visual art at its best!

This messaging is important. It seems too many people have these self diagnosed mental health issues. If it’s a consistent problem, then yes go talk with a professional, otherwise buckle up. Life will knock you in the dirt some days but lift you up over the clouds on other days.

Did none of them watch any of the movies that warned about this crap? You cannot shut out human contribution and devalue human artistic expression without dire consequences.
