Re reading Sue Grafton novels, which I understand are possibly being adapted for tv. May I suggest to A&E following the lead of the Brits who produced the Ann Cleeves shows. 2-4 episodes per book. 3-4 books per season. And Daisy Edgar Jones as Kinsey.

Also, my prediction, FWIW: Now that the path to “save TikTok” is in Trump’s hands, I have started to think my “worst case scenario” back of mind thought is more likely. Which is that we get an “Elon Musk buys Twitter” situation with a much bigger and more influential platform.

We shouldn’t say “cost of living” anymore. Cutting back on groceries to make rent isn’t living, it’s surviving. Attaining the cost of living flew out the door a long time ago. The cost of survival is becoming and more and more unattainable.
