Being a SENDCo is one hell of a struggle at the moment. Paperwork is out of control. Funding is non-existent. Constantly feeling that our children deserve better - I'm doing all I can and it's not enough.
I've never known things to be so difficult. Year 29 of teaching is really testing me.

Are there any other primary Heads of School out there? I feel we're a rare breed! Not DHT and not HT - floundering in the abyss in between!!

I find it incredibly difficult to relax - I'm constantly 'doing things', whether this is during term time or during holidays. I've just had a spa morning and couldn't even relax then!

Help needed!

My 2 children are nearly 23 and 18 and are currently having the time of their lives at the Eras tour. I'm so lucky that they are not just brother and sister, but they're best friends too. Well, until they want to flatten each other!!
I do miss them being little though!!
