Yes - my brain is constantly on the go! I sing in a choir once a week and that does help. Maybe, I need to sing more and concentrate on the lyrics and harmonies.

Those scrapbooks are gorgeous! 😍 I love walking, but my favourite hobby I'd singing with Rock Choir- we recorded 3 songs at Abbey Road on Saturday!!
