I sometimes have to literally stop and take in the beauty of our neighbourhood! This is the road to Fabbri where we live. You can see Rocca di Fabbri on the hill, our marker to let guests know where to turn to our place.

I went all retro yesterday and made a delicious pineapple upside down cake!
I used a coconut yogurt in the sponge - tastes like an edible pina colada!
Oh, and it’s virtually fat free!

Seeing this today, after last nights ‘rescue’ - took our dogs for a walk at sunset and there was a cute young dog running around in the vines and no owner anywhere.
So took him home for the night.

Weirdly, I couldn’t see the lunar eclipse with the naked eye, but my phone camera did - absolutely dire photos, but the little vid beforehand shows our gorgeous countryside! However, you’ll have to trust me on that - can’t upload it to Bluesky! Have a pic of the moonset this morning instead!
