Not exactly tucked away either, is it? More like high up on a wind-blasted moorland road 😂

I think Lo-Everton and Worthington are fine when we’re at home and dominating possession but they need more support when we’re under pressure/away - either by the 10 dropping back or by the wide players tucking in. Two in midfield is too easily overwhelmed and bypassed out of possession.

Thanks! Just on the phone, long exposure and a tweak to the black point.

It’s *possible* that Bootes is the constellation on the right of this picture which would make the comet the bright star bottom right. But it’s difficult to be certain because the angle of the lens distorts the positions somewhat and none of the geometry towards the edges looks right.

It was far too cold to be out there for long. Would have been a good night to see it though!

Such sad news

I could try, but I don’t think I’d be allowed 😂

And anywhere in Devonshire: Teignmouth, Widecombe, Moretonhampstead, Dittisham… though I’ve noticed that more and more people are pronouncing the ‘i’ in Dittisham for clarity. Should be DIT-sham of course with a distinct glottal stop.

Isn’t it? It’s actually an updated version of their first EP cover from 1992, meant as a parody of the acid house smiley faces that were all the rage then - instantly iconic among fans and the ‘smiley bones’ have followed them around ever since. I’ve love a tattoo but E isn’t keen… 😂

Imagine FINALLY getting a Torquay shirt for your 40th birthday and then finding it was probably the last one from the bargain bin in the corner. Only you have the power to undo that hurt.

My birthday is in May so I have never ever got a Gulls shirt as a present. Well I did once, about ten years ago, but it was a third kit and had Geoghegan (sp?) on the back so was clearly from a stock clear-out. You can change history here but only if I don’t have to beg for it.

All the sockets in my house have got USB-A ports for easy charging, I had them done when we moved in and had the house rewired. Now any new electrical devices we buy need a USB-C port. Imagine that on the Enterprise. There must be obsolete sockets everywhere.
