30 pages doesnt sound like much, and we still have a way to go but im proud of myself for sticking with it this long. Still got a chunk of chapter one and 3 more chapters to go after that. Looking forward to sharing more of my silly bunny comic. 2/2
Page 28 Comic page with 5 Panels. Panel 1: Maple Leaf wipes her lips, the big glass set down beside her. “Yeah, that’s exactly what I think.” Panel 2: “Huh” Maple Blossom narrows her eyes. She looks disgusted by the idea. “I guess I can see why you’d think that, but you got it all back to front.” Maple leaf says “I don’t follow.” Panel 3: Maple Blossom stands up. She closes her eyes and says “You think this is the real me.” utilising bold for the first time in this comic. “But let me tell you something” Panel 4: Maple Blossom climbs up on the bar, suddenly cheerful. Her eyes widen, but still look tired. “I am Maple Blossom the lop-eared bunny! I am endless energy! I am boundless positivity! I know some find it annoying but if I wasn’t hyperactive and aggravatingly cheerful, why, I wouldn’t be myself would I? And if I wasn’t myself, then I wouldn’t be anything at all!” Panel 5: Maple Blossom looms above Maple Leaf, her eyes as dilated as they can be, she’s wide awake. “I would just be nothing.” she says cheerfully. Page 29: Comic page with 5 panels Panel 1: Maple Leaf, fists clenched, stares up at Maple Blossom and shouts “Get a hold of yourself, Sugar! You don’t gotta be anything at all! We’d all love you all the same! Can’t you see how unhealthy all this is?” Panel 2: Maple Blossom, now hunched over and increasingly frantic responds “Healthy? Can’t you see I’m only really healthy when I’m like this! When I’m Me! Why is it that I can turn myself off? It’s Horrible! I want to stay on!”. “Everyone gets tired, Sugar.” Maple Leaf interjects. “You don’t get it!” Maple Blossom yells back. “You’re not as young as you used to be” Maple Leaf points out. “You’re not listening!” Maple Blossom Screams. Panel 3: Maple Blossom is overwhelmed. She rears back, her pupils fluctuate and her eyes grow tired again. “Maple Blossom Doesn’t– I shouldn’t be– I can’t get Tired!! I– I–” she stammers. Panel 4: Maple Blossom falls backwards onto the bar top with a heavy thump. Panel 5: “Oh honey…” Maple Leaf looks on as Maple Blossom lays on the bar, repeating “I’m nothing. I’m nothing. I’m nothing.” “It’s getting really bad isn’t it?” Maple Leaf observes. Page 30 Comic Page with 5 panels Panel 1: Maple Blossom breaks a little. “Oh gosh you’re right! It’s gotten so much worse. It shouldn’t be this way! It never was beforeIt’s getting so hard to maintain. I hate feeling like this, but it’s almost worse knowing I can’t escape it. Most mornings I don’t want to leave the house. I don’t want to see anyone, because I know at the end of the day I’ll be even more exhausted, just from being myself”. Maple comes to a sudden realisation, and mutter to herself: “Although now that I think about it, I’m out of the house permanently now aren’t I? Oh bother! Oh cripes!” Maple remembers what she was saying before and finishes her monologue: “If it carries on like this will I lose it completely? Will this sad, tired bunny be all that’s left?”. Maple Leaf marches calmly across Maple Blossom’s stomach. “You’re right, Sugar,” She says “I don’t get it.” Panel 2: Maple Leaf has reached Maple Blossom’s face. She looks down right between Maple Blossom’s eyes and continues “So help me out a little here okay?”. “Okay” Maple Blossom agrees. Panel 3: Maple Leaf points at Maple Blossom and asks “You’re awfully talkative for a buncha nothing. And I gotta ask, if you ain’t you, who am I talking to?” Panel 4: Maple Blossom stares up at Maple LEaf, dumbfounded. After a moment she says “He knew.” Panel 5: Maple Leaf takes flight as Maple Blossom sits up. “Come again, Hun?” she asks Maple Blossom, but the bunny seems to be lost in thought. “How could he have?” Maple Blossom asks herself.

I can’t keep hold of it.” Maple Leaf mimes grasping something in some of her hands. “It slips out of my mind.Like a bar of soap.” Panel 3: Maple Leaf Stands up from her desk. “Ah whatever. I did want to talk to you about your documents. Let’s head to the bar first. I need a drink.” “okay!” Maple Blossom responds. Panel 4: Cut to the pancake restaurant’s bar. Maple Blossom is looking rough. “So did you find out what this is all about? Why I lost my house?” “In a minute.” Maple Leaf responds from offscreen. “In a minute?” Maple Blossom responds in confusion. “First I really gotta check in with you, Sugar.” Maple Leaf continues. Panel 5: We see the bar fully now, Maple Blossom sits on a stool at the bar, Maple Leaf hovers behind the bar, adding a shot of maple syrup from one of the optics into a cocktail shaker. “Oh why?” Maple Blossom asks. “I just gotta know if you’re doing okay, Hun. There’s a lot going on and I know how you value your routine.” Maple Leaf answers. “Oh that’s sweet, but ~I’m doing great, I, uh, I think.” Maple Blossom responds uncertainly. Panel 6: “You think” Maple Leaf presses. “Yeah all things considered. And given the circumstances” Maple Blossom replies, avoiding eye contact. “I’m alllll good.” Page 27 Comic page with 6 panels. I do feel bad though, it’s a lot of pressure on our new hire! I hope he can handle it!” Panel 2: Maple Leaf clutches her forehead. She looks pained for a moment. “Ugh. our “new hire”! Don’t remind me, that cat gives me a headache!” Panel 3: “Why did you hire him then?” Maple asks. “I didn’t” Maple Leaf replies simply. “Uh whuh???? Don’t you own this place?” Maple asks, bewildered. “I Do!” Panel 4: “So he turns up early this morning, tells me he’s starting today” Maple leaf explains, “I tell him to take a hike! Then he starts going off about “Upper Management”, “says I have to take it up with “Head Office”. Page 21 Comic page with 3 Panels. Panel 1: Maple is in the staff room at Maple’s Pancakes. It’s a space for people of diverse sizes, as the HR documentation puts it, so we can see a tiny chair and coffee table along side what a hightnormative person would tactlessly call ‘normal’ size ones. Maple stands at her open locker, she’s changed out of her Waitress dress. She holds her iconic green heart shirt in her paws. “Thank goodness I left a spare shirt in my locker!” she says to herself, “I hope Maple Leaf doesn’t mind me leaving my dressing gown here…” Panel 2: Maple now wears her iconic green heart shirt.m It’s a green t-shirt with a heart that matches the deep pink of her flower. “Oh that’s better! I feel like Myself!” she exclaims. Panel 3: “Oh Maple Honey, is that you?” Maple Leaf shouts from her office. “Oh that’s me!” Maple responds. “Could you pop in here for a mo?” Maple Leaf asks from behind the slightly ajar door to her normal sized office. “Sure thing Maple Leaf! I should let you know that I’m taking the day off!” Page 22 Comic page with 3 panels. Panel 1: “You’re taking the day off!” Maple Leaf exclaims from behind her desk in her normal sized office. “You never take the day off!” Panel 2: Maple’s face fills the doorway to Maple Leaf’s normal sized office. Like when she spoke to Maple Leaf earlier she has taken on a slightly more neutral energy. “I know! I’m confused about it too! But now that we have a second person waiting the tables I thought it might not be a problem” She explains. “Well at least that’s how Maple Flower explained it. …actually he kinda insisted I take the day off.” Panel 3: “Maple Flower!” Maple Leaf exclaims in frustration, “Cripes! Is he in charge now?”. “No you are!” Maple reassures her, “But I told him about my homelessness and he agreed I should focus on that today.” “Care to run that by me again?” Maple Leaf asks incredulously. “Oh Yes! I got evicted this morning!”, “You what!?”, “Tulip said here was some stuff about it in the documents I gave you!”. “Okay fine”, Maple Leaf says, “You take the a break Sweetie. We’ll muddle through.”

Okay so there are 6 named characters so far and 4 of them are named Maple. Maybe i shouldnt be allowed to write stuff but have you considered nobody can stop me? [3/3]

Panel 2: “oh uh,,,” Maple is taken aback, surprised by the Cat’s mirroring of her catchphrase greeting. The cat laughs. Panel 3: “Ha-Ha- Sorry, Couldn't resist. We’re not going to get anywhere if I don’t turn it off.” Panel 4: “I’m Just starting here today, I’m the new Waiter.” the cat continues, his demeanor calm and cheerful. He stretches out a paw for Maple to shake. “Oh Okay!,” Maple says, “I’m not sure I understand the joke, but its a pleasure to meet you!” Panel 5: “I’m Map-” “Maple Blossom of course,” The cat interrupts, “You don’t need to introduce yourself!” “Oh you know me?” Maple asks. You’re everywhere!” Maple feels tiny and the cat continues his overbearing tirade. “I am?” she asks meekly. Panel 4: “Oh, how rude of me, you seem to know me, but I’m still at a loss! What’s your name, Friend?” Maple asks, changing the subject. “Maple Flower!” Maple Flower replies, cheerfully. “Maple flower? What a coincidence!” Maple Blossom notes, “Why theres already three Maples working here!” “Oh I know” Maple Flower replies. Panel 5: “Theres you, Maple Syrup the chef and Maple Leaf the owner! Together you’re the Maple Trio! And there’s no coincidence, I’m the newest member of the Trio!” Maple FLower counts the Maples out on his fingers. Panel 6: “I suppose that would make us a quartet?” Maple Blossom considers. “Oh no I’m just here to fill in for you!” Maple flower says with a cheerfully blank expression. Page 19 Comic page with 5 panels. Panel 1: “wait, what do you mean?” Maple Blossom starts to worry, “I’m being replaced?” “oh no no no” Maple Flower starts to panic. “It’s not like that at all No no! Think of me like an understudy! It’s cool! You know for the transition period!” He blathers. “Ah dang” he mutters under his breath. Panel 2: “What are you talking about? I don’t understand-” Maple Blossom starts to look frightened as Maple Flower grabs her shoulder “Don’t Worry about it!” Panel 3: Maple Flower has composed himself, he calmly looks into Maple Blossom’s wide eyes, and says “Don ‘t you ever get tired? So tired you barely feel like yourself anymore? How long has it been Maple? Since you had a day off? Wouldn’t you like to take a break? Have some rest? I’m just here to share the load. That’s all.” Panel 4: Maple Blossom’s brain fizzes. Her discomfort disarmed she briefly looks as tired as she did this morning. Panel 5: Maple Blossom pulls away from Maple’ flowers paw. Her composure restored, she considers “ I suppose a little personal time could be nice. I am homeless right now I should try and get that sorted.” “Maple!!!!” Maple Flower exclaims “Why are you even at work ?!?” Page 20 Comic Page with 5 panels. Panel 1: Maple Flower waves Maple Blossom away, “ GO! Go! Get outta here! I’ll hold down the fort!” Maple Blossom walks back towards the staff door, “Oh okay” she replies “but are you going to be okay? It’s your first shift!” “Yes, yes”, Maple Flower dismisses her concern “I was made to do this! Don’t worry!” Panel 2: “I’ll do my best to be you!” the cat smiles. Panel 3: At the doorway Maple Blossom Glances back over her shoulder at Flower. “Yopu Just have wait the tables, you can be yourself while you do that, you know?” Panel 4: “oh okay!” Maple Flower cheerfully responds. Behind him, the service hatch to the kitchen swings inward, revealing Maple Syrup the chef. Panel 5: “Ze fudge are you?” Maple Syrup asks in a thick french accent. Being a kind of glass bottle slug, he has slithered out the hatch. Maple Flower jumps, startled at his sudden appearance.

Page 14 Comic page with 4 panels. Panel 1: Maple Blossom arrives at work: a restaurant named ‘Maple’s Pancakes’. The sign has a flower logo to match the one on Maple’s head. Panel 2: “Maple Blossom what time do you call this!?” a Beetle wearing wing-tip glasses yells at Maple as she enters the building. Panel 3: We zoom out. The beetle sits on a plinth at about head height. She’s much smaller than Maple. She has two long antennas with a single tiny maple leaf hung from each tip. For some reason she has a small plastic straw in her mouth like a cigarette.“What are you wearing–” The Beetle takes Maple in her Dressing Gown and bunny slippers in. “Oh my gosh honey, what’s happened?”. “Haha yeah sorry, Maple Leaf, it’s been a bit of a morning.” Maple (blossom) responds mildly. She looks neither tired nor hyperactive. “Are you okay?” Maple (Leaf) asks. “I’ll live” Maple responds. Panel 4: Maple continues “I’ll tell you all about it later. I just want to get back into my routine right now!” Page 15 Comic page with 5 panels Panel 1: Maple leaf says “Okay sugar, but I should warn you we have a bit of a situation going on here too. Panel 2: “Actually you know what, I don’t think I can explain it.” She gestures at the staff only door behind her. “Just go get changed. You’ll see.” Panel 3: “One more thing” Maple (Blossom) asks, “Could you look over these documents for me? They’re supposed to be important but–”. “I know, I know. You’re just a little bunny.” Maple (leaf) interrupts. “I am!” Maple responds. “Sure thing sugar.” “thanks”. “Just leave them on my desk”. Panel 4: “What idiot gave you so much reading material?” Maple (leaf) asks. Panel 5: “A bunny named Tulip. She’s actually very clever!” Maple answers as she walks through the staff only door. “Tulip huh?,” Maple leaf muses “I’m getting sick of all these new names today.” Page 16 Comic page with 7 panels. Panel 1: Maple walks out of the Staff area door wearing her waitress uniform. She has a pinny on with flipnote and a pen in the pocket. Maple uses it to draw peoples orders as she can’t read or write (these are some of the secret insights you get from reading the alt text). She still has a calm happy demeanor. “Time to get to–” Maple is interrupted by an unseen voice “Oh god the wait is killing me!” Panel 2: We see the floor of the restaurant. Pictures adorn the walls, we see a serving hatc at the very back.. Between the booths and tables we see a new figure, a cartoon cat who seems to be wearing both a pinny and an enormous scarf that wraps around his shoulders and trails ether side of his body. He has a single fang that sticks out the left side of his mouth. He looks startled and stares dumbfounded at Maple, who stands now frozen in the doorway. Panel 3: The Cat blathers “She’s here! Oh my god. She’s actually here.” he also seems frozen in place. Panel 4: “Wh-” Maple stammers, her happy demeanor drops as she looks shocked at this unexpected addition to her day. Panel 5: THe cat’s expression gets even more worried, he looks on the verge of panic. Panel 6: Maple locks in, her game face back on. Her aura is powerful enough to manifest little stars around her. Panel 7: The cat follows suit, his energy mirroring Maple’s.

She’s reached the downtown area of Friendship Isle and is in a hurry to get to work. She still carries the envelope of documents given to her by Tulip. She leaps over a fountain with a bust of a cartoon dog as it’s centerpiece. CHAPTER ONE: GOING UNDER Panel 2: Maple lands on the other side of the fountain, she pauses, noticing something off panel. Panel 3: It’s Sunflower Puppy! Sunflower puppy is a blank eyed dog with a sunflower on his head. He wears a pair of overalls and is waving a greeting at Maple. “Sunflower Puppy!!!” Maple exclaims! “Maple Blossom, it has been a while! What on the Isles are you wearing?” Sunflower Puppy says in a voice that only Maple can hear. “You’re so right, It’s been too long!” Maple replies. Page 12 Comic page with 6 panels. Panel 1: Maple looks down at her dressing gown and bunny slippers. “Oh! I forgot I didn’t get dressed today! I shouldn’t bother you with my little problems though!” Panel 2: Sunflower Puppy Beams his words straight into Maple’s skull. “Nonsense, all on the islands are of my domain. Your problems are my problems and a problem shared is a problem halved.” Panel 3: Maple responds bashfully, “Oh if you say so, I’m between homes right now, do you know where I can get a new one?” Panel 4: Sunflower Puppy speaks without speaking again. “That is a problem indeed. When I am confronted with a Player I am to inform them that housing can be arranged at Guest services, that seems like a place to start no?” Panel 5: Maple hugs her friend. “Oh thankyou! You’re my oldest and best friend, Sunflower Puppy!”. The Puppy replies in a voice that is not a voice “You are indeed the oldest not of the family. I am concerned for you. Let us go to guest services together.” Maple replies “I wish I could but I gotta get to work!”. The Puppy doesn’t speak but says “your work is but a construct, you don’t even get paid.” “Haha you’re so funny” Maple laughs. Panel 6: “Guest services! I’ll go check it out after my shift!” Maple says as she dashes away. Sunflower puppy waves and makes it so Maple hears “Stay safe my friend.” Maple responds “You too!!! I gotta jet!!!!” Page 13 Comic page with 5 panels. Panel 1: Sunflower Puppy watches his friend maple hop away toward her workplace. The midmorning sun beams down on them with its happy cat-like features. Panel 2: Silently Sunflower puppy contemplates his interaction with Maple. His blank eyes show a worried expression. Panel 3: Puppy’s eyes flash angrily. He glances skyward, while fishing for something in his overalls. Panel 4: Sunflower Puppy raises a smartphone to his ear as he begins to turn away. Panel 5: Sunflower puppy walks back down the street towards the fountain with his face on. Whatever he’s saying down the phoneline is only perceptible by whoever is on the other end.

You said you can do anything!” Maple asks. “I can” Tulip replies, then clarifies “If I learned English I’d be great at it, I just haven’t yet.” Panel 2: Impressed, Maple says “it’s remarkable, you speak so fluently, you learned without reading it at all?” Panel 3: “What are you–” Tulip’s face drops and her eyes widen. She begins to question her perception of the world around her. “I–, I–” Panel 4: Tulip’s eyes bulge and lose focus. She holds her paws in front of her face. “Oh god. Its been nagging at me since I got here. Its all felt off. The words. The Rhythms. Have I been speaking a different language? I understand english?” Panel 5: Stunned, Maple asks “You learned english and you didn’t notice?” Panel 6: “Our finest mind!” Maple exclaims happily. Panel 7: Tulip looks at her paws in horror. “ What the hell did they do to me?” Page 8: Comic page with 5 panels Panel 1: “Whatever. I don’t have the time for an existential crisis right now.” Tulip stands up with a new determination. She gatherers the pages and puts them back in the envelope. “ However they did this , they didn‘t bother teaching me to read while they were at it. Figures. All the more reason to learn.” Panel 2: Tulip tosses the envelope back to maple across the table. “You’ll have to get someone else to read it. I hope you understand.” “I don’t!” maple cheerfully exclaims, “ but thanks for trying!” Panel 3: “I’d love to stay and help you unpack and get settled, Roomie! But I gotta go to work today!” Maple explains. Tulip Facepalms, “Oh Christ. The house doesn’t have any locks!” Maple hops away towards the front door like sonic the hedgehog from the boxart to Sonic adventure. “Look after the Place!” Panel 5: The front door slams as Maple leaves. Panel 6: Tulip stands at the table, looking a bit stunned. Page 10 Comic page with 4 panels. Panel 1: Maple stands a bit stunned outside what used to be her house. The van has gone. She holds the documents in both hands. Panel 2: Maple’s expression has become a bit worrying. Her eyes are tired and her pupils small. “Maple!!! You’re doing great!! That was so stressful but nothing can dent your positive attitude!!” she reassures herself. “You may be homeless but at least you’re employed!!! Everything is gunna be fine!!!!” Panel 3: Maple returns to her wide’-pupiled ‘happy’ demeanour, but it is still slightly worrying. “Today can’t get worse than it has already! Nowhere to go but up!!!!!” Panel 4. Maple laughs manically as she hops off down the road and towards the city in the distance. We see the comic’s title “MAPLE BLOSSOM HITS ROCK BOTTOM”

I haven't drawn a comic in ages having fun with this one. If anyone has any idea of where to like easily host a webcomic in 2025 this im all ears. Last time i posted a comic myself it was on drunk duck haha [2/3]
Page 4 Comic Page with 3 panels. Panel 1: THe new bunny stands with a hand on her hip, she’s holding something in her left hand. She also has a collar of fluff around her neck and a flower on her head. She hears a shirt with a heart on it, long trousers and tiny little shoes. We can see a van labelled ‘Tulip-Corp’ just outside maple’s front garden. Maple herself bounces around excitedly and babbles “Oh you’re a rabbit! Just like me! I love your flower too! Oh we’re so alike! I’m sure we’ll get along famously!!” the new bunny just stares back nonchalantly. Panel 2: The new bunny finally speaks. “You’re Maple Blossom.” she states. Maple (mid sideflip) responds “Oh that’s me!” Panel 3: “Oh but How rude of me! I haven’t asked-” Maple starts but is interrupted with a terse “Tulip”. “Oh what a pretty name!” Maple responds, but Tulip, without looking back, waves the envelope she’s been carrying towards Maple. “I’m supposed to give you this. They said it’ll explain everything” she says as she walks towards Maple’s house. “Oh okay!?” Maple replies, looking a bit doubtful. Page 5 Comic page with 5 panels. Panel 1: Tulip stands on the doorstep of Maple’s open front door. She peers inside. “Is this your place? It’s nice” she comments. Maple is still out in her front garden, she’s opened the envelope and found reams of documents. All of a sudden she’s looking worried and distraught. “Oh dear. Oh bother! I can’t read this!” she complains. “Why not?” Tulip asks. “I’m Just a little bunny, I can’t read anything!” Maple cries. Panel 2: “Shutup, we aren’t ‘just bunnies’. If you can’t read that’s your own damn fault” Tulip snaps, her eyes flash angrily. Panel 3: Maple’s eyes are big and watery, “I’m sorry!!! C-could you read it for me?” she asks. Panel 4: “Ugh. Fine give it here.” Tulip takes the documents back once again avoiding eye contact with Maple. “Oh Thankyou!! You’re so clever!” maple burbles happily. Panel 5: Tulip walks back toward the front door. “Yeah I’m one of our generation’s leading minds” she quips sarcastically, “I’ll give it a look over, do us a favour and move my crap in” Maple sees the van now, its back open and full of boxes. “You’re moving in? She asks. Tulip responds “uh… Yeah.” “Oh Okay!!?” Maple’s worried expression creeps back onto her face. Page 6 Comic Page with 6 panels. Panel 1: Maple stares into the shadowy interior of the Tulip-Corp moving van. A mess of boxes and furniture fill the dark space. ”but it’s only a one bedroom house…” maple mumbles to herself in a slight daze. Panel 2: Maple’s pupils shrink, here eyes start to look tired once more. Her brain fizzes as she tries to get a hold on her spiralling emotions. Panel 3: “Pull it together, Maple!” she exclaims as she slaps herself across the cheek. Panel 4: Maple walks into the front garden, holding a large box with her prehensile ears and caring a box and suitcase in her arms. She is manically cheerful once more, eyes wife and bright. “A new housemate! What fun! Like a sleepover but forever!” she says to herself. Panel 5: Maple’s house is full of Tulip’s boxes now. Maple flumps over a box in front of her table. “Oof, I think that’s the last of them! You have a lot of things! Haha I’m exhausted! But anything for my new best friend!” The table is covered with documents. “Did you find out what the thingy says?” Maple asks. Panel 6: Tulip stands at the table, looking perplexed at the pages of printed text spread all over. “I don’t understand. Is this… English? I can’t read this. Why is it in english? Everyone I’ve met here speaks Dutch, just like me? Don’t they?”

I was going to wait until i had more done but screw it heres the opening chapter of my comic! [1/3]
Page 1 Comic page with 4 panels. Panel 1: our story opens on Friendship Isle, one of the many islands of the Sunshine Archipelago. We see some cutesy houses shaped like cartoon animal heads among fields of grass. Trees dot the landscape and a road stretches off into a city in the distance. In the far background we see Mt. Sunshine, the mountain about which the islands of the Achipelago rotate. The sun hangs low in the sky, bathing the scene in morning sunlight and wearing a cutesy grin and cat ears. The scene focuses on a house shaped like a bunny rabbit. Panel 2: a living alarm clock rings out on a bedside table. It has a mischievous grin. Panel 3: A paw enters frame, pushing the alarm clock down and turning it off. Panel 4: We see a bunny rabbit sit up in bed. She has long lop ears and a big fluffy tuft of fur around her neck. She yawns heavily. The room has carrot wallpaper and we see a pair of bunny slippers at the foot of her tiny bed. Page 2 Comic page with 5 panels. Panel 1: The bunny is taking a shower. She has a 5 petaled flower on her head. Her eyes are heavy lidded and closed. She still looks very tired. Panel 2: The bunny is wrapped in towels, brushing her teeth. Her eyes are open a crack now, but she’s still not really woken up. Panel 3: the Bunny has put on a dressing gown and is waiting for the kettle to boil in her kitchen. Still tired. Panel 4: The bunny sits at a small round table. She has a slice of toast on a plate and sips contentedly from a small heart marked cup. It looks like she’s enjoying her morning coffee but in this world coffee isn’t actually allowed. She’s drinking Cocoa and its only making her sleepier. Panel 5: A knock at the door startles our bunny. Her large ears jump up and she spills a little bit of her drink. Her previously closed eyes are now huge and wide open. Page 3 Comic Page with 5 panels. Panel 1: The lighting in the room appears to darken, our bunny wears a worried expression. “Oh Bother, I thought I had time. I’m not expecting anyone, whats going on? Did I forget something?” she asks herself. Panel2: The front door appears dark and massive and towering over our bunny. She’s spiralling into anxiety. “This is going to throw everything off…” she continues, then changes attitude. “No. You’re being silly, Maple.” she says to herself. Panel 3: Maple reaches her hand out to the doorhandle. “I can do this” she says but her expression is still worried, her pupils are small and her eyes have bags underneath. Panel 4: We close in on Maple’s eyes. “Game face on!” she declares as her eyes brighten and her pupils expand. Panel 5: Maple throws open her front door with previously unseen energy. Another long lop eared rabbit waits outside. Maple exclaims: “A visitor so early on a monday morning, must be a lucky day!!! And a new friend too! Oh What an unexpected Joy!” her previously understated demeanour now replaced with a manic expression and wide smile.

The comic won't be in colour because i feel like that would slow the pace of production to a crawl. But i guess i should give the reader some idea! Fun fact three of the characters here are named 'Maple' and four of them are named after flowers. It'll make sense in context i swear!

I haven't really drawn much for the past 15 years or so, butI'vee been struck by morltivation somehow, and now im 19 pages deep into drawing a comic about a cartoon bunny having a really bad week. Im not sure where to post webcomics these days though?
