As progressive as I am and truly believe in nonviolent conflict resolution, I can't help but want to physically fight all these assholes running our government. Anybody else dealing with this? lol.

Anytime you hear "well, you do gotta hand it to them on blah blah blah" or "well, they were bad, but they were right on this thing" , you must immediately ridicule them, because they are a terrible person.

Kash Patel may have spent some time at DOJ, but that doesn't mean he's qualified to run the FBI. Trump isn't looking for qualified, he's looking for personal loyalty & he's found it--a dangerous quality in a nominee. Patel must be rejected by the Senate. joycevance.substack.com/p/the-new-ma...

Trump is flooding the zone with staggeringly bad nominees for key posts, each one worse than the last. He clearly figures he can overwhelm the already weak GOP resistance to the point where most if not all will get through, given Musk’s threat to fund primary opponents to all who say no way.

I have never been active in this arena, but given the times and my personal situation, I'm gonna do what I can to help continue the resistance. It's hard to admit this is the country I live in, but I'm not giving up.
