Finished my second 50 day water fast of the year almost 3 weeks ago... One more 30 day in January and the super long fasts will be retired... Was only supposed to be 30 days this time but I talked myself into 40 and my kids challenged me to do another 50...

Crushed...

And it's done... 50 day water fast... I started at 6:34 pm on December 31, 2024 and broke my fast with some bone broth a few minutes ago... First calories since last year... I felt great the entire fast and went about my day every day as normal... What an experience...

Decided to keep it going past 30 days... Just hit 806 hours (a little over 33.5 days)... Gonna see if I can push it to 50 days... Lol I'm not going to do another water day this long ever again anyway so I might as well... I feel damn good... I've lost about 3-4 months of body fat in a month... Bonus

A couple hours short of 8.5 days to go... I feel great, almost feels like I never have to eat again... But I'd like to get back to lifting... Can't lift if I don't eat...

Phew 34 and the sun is going down, it's about to be rough, lol... I lived in Green Bay, Wisconsin for a decade... Love it there but I won't do real winters ever again...

Will rarely be returned...

Should be an interesting time, that's for sure...
