Yeah and I agree. I'm just thinking of the days and weeks after licensing is introduced. We shouldn't be in this position to begin with - licensing should never have been stopped

💯 and I say that as a dog owner! Although there would end up being a LOT of poor wee things abandoned and euthanised due to irresponsible owners 🙁
